When will I get my order?
Orders generally ship 3-7 business days after the order is placed. Once placed, shipping time is generally 3-4 business days. Note that we only ship to the domestic United States.
Please allow extra time during the holidays especially for shipping purposes.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via email when your order is shipped. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact us at customerservice@hudsonmain.com.
Do you offer any discounts?
When you sign up for our email list, you will receive 10% off your first order! When you are a Hudson Main subscriber - you will get first access to sales, coupon codes and more.
I received a wrong/damaged product- what should I do?
To help us resolve issues with your order, please send photos of the product, along with your order number, to customerservice@hudsonmain.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
What is your return policy?
We currently do not offer returns and exchanges. If there is something wrong with your order, please contact us at customerservice@hudsonmain.com with a description of the issue and your order number.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We only offer refunds to customers that receive incorrect or damaged items. Please contact us at customerservice@hudsonmain.com, along with photos of the product and your order number if this occurred. We currently do not offer exchanges.
Do you sell products in bulk for a discount/wholesale?
We currently sell items for wholesale prices on Faire.
